Your FundraizingHero success is in your hands. The platform provides you with resources, but it's up to you to promote your Fundraising Pack Creator Page to maximise usage.

2. Supporters complete a short online form
Once on your page, your supporters will complete a short online form where they will provide information about the activity they are planning.

Using the information provided by your supporters in the online form, our Fundraising Pack Creator will work it’s magic and create personalised fundraising materials for them and ping them an email with their unique pack ID.
4. Your supporter downloads their materials
Moments after they complete the online form, using this pack ID and their email address to log in they can download the materials they need. They can also make text edits too.
5. You monitor your supporters' activity
From your charity admin, you will be able to see what your supporters are planning and what materials they have downloaded. This will help you to stay informed and provide support to your supporters as needed.

Personalised Materials For Better
Supporter Engagement
After completing an online form, supporters can download their fundraising materials and make any necessary text edits. We use their input, such as activity name and date, to personalise the materials.
Designed With Home Printing In Mind
Our materials are designed for easy home printing, with ample white space to save ink and standard A4 size to simplify print settings. Supporters can print their materials effortlessly.

If you are signed up to the Fundraising Pack Creator you'll also find links to the 3 fundraising pack forms bypassing your main FundraizingHero page so that you can easily integrate within your existing supporter journey too to streamline your fundraising process.
For example: let's say you have someone who signed up for a challenge event as part of the emails you send to them you could also include the link straight to the online form inviting them to create their Challenge 'Sponsor Me' Pack.

Our team stays updated on data protection measures, and access is tightly regulated based on roles and responsibilities, supported by two-factor authentication for added security.

What happens when my Fundraising Pack Creator trial ends?
We don't ask for any payment information to start your trial of the Fundraising Pack Creator.
At any point during the trial you can start your subscription. At the end of your trial if you haven't signed up to the monthly or yearly subscription, your FundraizingHero pages will go offline, and your account will be deactivated from the charity admin views and other features.
You can still log in to your account, but you will only see the option to start a paid subscription. Rest assured, any supporter-created packs will remain accessible for them to download. Starting a subscription will reactivate your account.
Please note that if your trial ends and is not reactivated within 8 weeks, your account will be deleted.

If I have multiple brands, do I need a separate subscription for each?
Yes, each subscription is associated with a unique brand logo, colours, and charity name. If you have more than one brand, a separate subscription is required for each. However, feel free to reach out to us , as we may be able to provide a discount for multiple accounts.
