Most materials include a footer with your charity registration number. Text added in the two fields below will appear above this and can be a strapline, hashtag, web address, charity name, or similar.

Contact details

Please provide contact details for your fundraisers to reach out to you if needed, you can also add a link to your privacy policy so that fundraisers know how you will use their information.

Tip: This link will appear on the Fundraising Hub, if left blank a comment to refer to your privacy policy on your website will be shown instead.

Ways to pay their fundraising

Let fundraisers know how to pay in their fundraising, please provide the web address where fundraisers can donate online, the payee name for cheque donations, and the postal address for sending cheques and sponsorship forms.

We’ll use this information to add a donate button to your Fundraising Hub and include it on materials like the sponsorship form.

How the money raised helps your charity

Once a fundraiser has completed an activity, you can create and download their certificate in the admin area. We have added a section on the certificate for you to enter why the money raised is so important and how it helps your charity.

Tip: You can change this in the admin later if you are not 100% happy with what you have written.

Your first user account

Create your first user account to access the charity admin, where you can monitor your fundraisers activities and manage your charity's brand and settings. We'll notify you via the email entered below when a pack is created

Once signed up, you'll be able to invite additional admin users and update the billing and notification emails.

Tip: Your password must be at least 8 characters including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and numbers.
