2. Your supporters complete a short online formOnce on your page, your supporters will complete a short online form where they will provide information about the activity they are planning.
3. Our fundraising pack creator works it's magicUsing the information provided by your supporters in the online form, our fundraising pack creator creates their personalised fundraising materials.
4. Supporters download their materialsSupporters get an email from FundraizingHero with there unique Pack ID and a link to retrieve their pack. Using this pack ID and their email to log in they can download the materials they need. They can also make text edits too. You also get notified that a pack has been created.
5. You can monitor your supporters' activityWithin the charity admin, you have the ability to gain insights into your supporters' plans and see which materials they have downloaded from their fundraising pack. With this invaluable information, you can take proactive steps to offer support and guidance.

What fundraising materials are created?
There are three types of fundraising packs, Community fundraising pack, Challenge 'sponsor me' pack and Thank you pack. Each have a different online form for supporters to complete to personalise their fundraising pack. Below outlines whats included in each pack.
Community Fundraising Pack includes: Poster, Bunting, DIY collection box, Social media graphic, Cake/food flags and labels, Video call background, Selfie prop, Risk assessment template, Paying in form, Staying safe and legal guide, Fundraising planner
This pack has over 40 different illustrations so your supporters have a design relevant to the activity they are organising.
Challenge 'Sponsor Me' Pack includes: Back sign, Sponsorship form, Social media graphic, Selfie prop, Paying in form, Fundraising planner
The back sign features a QR code to your supporters giving page allowing people to scan and donate easily as they take on their fundraising challenge.
Thank You Pack includes : Thank you poster, Social media graphic, Selfie prop, Paying in form
The paying in form features your charity details. Including how they pay in the money raised and where to send cheques to. These details can be viewed and edited from the admin area. -
How does my brand work with the fundraising materials?
All the fundraising materials are designed to be print friendly with an essence of your brand.
The goal is to provide your supporters with personalised fundraising packs adorned with your charity's logo, two brand colors, and essential information such as "In aid of" and your registered charity number to ensure compliance.
By doing this, we aim to make it clear that your charity is not organising the activity but rather, one of your supporters instead.
FundraizingHero serves as a perfect balance between fully on-brand materials and supporters creating their own DIY materials. Hopefully preventing supporters from resorting to DIY creations that could potentially damage your charity's reputation.
In the charity admin view, you can effortlessly update your logo, colours, strapline and web address used in these materials.

How do I get supporters to my FundraizingHero page?
We recommended adding your FundraizingHero page link to your website and other fundraising communications to increase visibility and drive traffic to your page. You'll also find links to the 3 fundraising pack forms bypassing your main FundraizingHero page so that you can easily integrate within your existing supporter journey too to streamline your fundraising process.
For example: let's say you have someone who signed up for a challenge event as part of the emails you send to them you could also include the link straight to the online form inviting them to create their Challenge 'Sponsor Me' Pack.

What happens when my trial ends?
We don't ask for any payment information to start your trial.
At any point during the trial you can start your subscription. At the end of your trial if you haven't signed up to the monthly or yearly subscription, your FundraizingHero pages will go offline, and your account will be deactivated from the charity admin views and other features.
You can still log in to your account, but you will only see the option to start a paid subscription. Rest assured, any supporter-created packs will remain accessible for them to download. Starting a subscription will reactivate your account.
Please note that if your trial ends and is not reactivated within 8 weeks, your account will be deleted.

One click certificate creation
When someone creates a thank you pack, you'll receive an email notifying you that they're ready for their certificate. With just one click in the admin area, you can transform the information they provided into a beautiful certificate that you can download and send to them.Add links to your own materials
To cater to your charity's specific needs, we've introduced a handy feature that allows you to add custom links on the fundraising pack download page. This enables you to provide additional resources or information to your supporters. For instance, you can include a link to a PDF document detailing your charity's impact or explaining how the raised funds will be utilised. Furthermore, you can conveniently track engagement with these links by monitoring clicks within the charity admin.QR codes to boost supporter fundraising efforts
We've added QR codes to the back sign and the sponsorship form in the challenge fundraising pack.When supporters create their pack, they simply enter their donation page web address, and we generate their unique QR code. This QR code is added on the back sign, making it easy for people to scan and donate as your supporter takes on their fundraising challenge. And for those who prefer to go paperless, the QR code is also included on the sponsorship form, making online donations a breeze.
