Can I add resources for volunteers?
Absolutely, just bear in mind that all resources are visible to everyone. But you may wish to add materials about volunteering for your charity or forms they can access.

Can I upgrade to the pro fundraising hub?
Yes. At any point you can upgrade to the pro fundraising hub which allows you to add more download files, access to the built in templates and loads of other great features.

Do supporters need an account to access the Hub?
No supporters can access all resources on the fundraising hub, no login required.

Do admin accounts have multi-factor authentication?
Yes, you can enable multi-factor authentication on admin users, using an authenticator app and see if all users have this enabled in the users tab.
