Built-in fundraising packs and templates
Your Fundraising Hub includes three core fundraising packs and multiple individual templates, that can be turned on or off. All designed to help your fundraisers feel confident and equipped to fundraise for you.
The editable templates are personalised using the information your fundraiser enters about their challenge or event, and all templates are customised with your logo, charity colours, and registration details.
The fundraising packs
We have 3 built-in fundraising packs, a community fundraising pack, a challenge fundraising pack and Thank you pack, below is a list of what fundraising materials are included in each pack.
Community Fundraising Pack
For activities where funds are raised at the event.

Thank You Pack
For fundraisers to thank those who attended or sponsored them.

The paying in form features your charity details. Including how they pay in the money raised and where to send cheques to. These details can be viewed and edited from the admin area.

Individual templates
All the materials included in the packs are also available as individual templates too — giving your fundraisers the flexibility to download exactly what they need.
We also have other templates such as stall signs and sweepstakes that can be activated.
Downloadable resources
You can add your own downloadable resources—hosted on your website, so everything is in one central place for fundraisers. We’ll track usage, so you can see what’s being accessed. To help fundraisers find what they need, you can organise resources into custom categories and filters. You can link images, pdfs, word docs and more.
We also automatically create three ready-to-use downloads for your fundraisers, all branded to your charity:
- A selfie prop
- A paying in form
- A staying safe guide
You can switch these on or off in your admin settings.
