How to be a FundraizingHero...
Firstly, you don't need to get dressed up, as the saying goes Not all heroes wear capes and that's certainly true in the fundraising world...although it's not uncommon to see some fancy dress...
Secondly it's really easy to be a FundraizingHero as outlined in the steps below:
1. Select one of our registered charities
We use your charity selection to do two things, the first is to create your personalised fundraising pack using your chosen charity's logo, colours, and registered charity number so there is no doubt who you are fundraising for. The second is to pass the information about your activity to your chosen charity. We do this by giving the charity a login where they can see all activities taking place in aid of their charity.
2. Tell us about your activity using our online forms
Select between community fundraising activity (bake sales, quiz nights etc), challenge activity (runs, cycles, treks) or to register for your certificate. Complete the form with details about your activity as instructed. The information entered will be used to create your personalised fundraising pack. This information will also be shared with your chosen charity so that they know you are fundraising on their behalf. We only ask for your email address to complete this process and only ask for your full name when registering for your certificate.
3. We will email your personalised fundraising pack to you
We will create your fundraising pack with materials relevant to your activity. So if you are doing a bake sale you will receive cake flags along with bunting, a poster, a social media graphic, and some helpful guides. If you are doing a challenge activity you will get a sponsorship form, a social media graphic and a back sign to pin to your t-shirt. If you choose to register for your certificate you will get a thank you poster and a social media graphic to share how much you've raised.
All materials created will feature your chosen charity's logo and use colours set by the charity.
Designed with you in mind...
All our packs are designed to be printed at home. All printable items are A4 size so you can just hit print without having to do any sizing changes and our designs are ink friendly so they are mainly white with a bit of colour so they don't drain your ink too much or leave you with a soggy sheet of paper!

Ok, that might be a bit of an exaggeration, but by receiving your digital fundraising pack you're helping your chosen charity reduce the waste created by unused or outdated materials in their physical fundraising packs and help them reduce their carbon footprint by not having to send packs by post.
Traditionally a charity will have fundraising packs ready to be sent by post. When their stock of these packs starts to run low they order more. FundraizingHero helps reduce the number of packs being sent by post saving the charity postage fees. This also helps their stock last longer.
Typically a fundraising pack in the post can take 1-2 weeks to arrive, however a FundraizingHero pack is emailed to you moments after completing the online form. So you can start promoting your actvity sooner, which could make a real difference to your fundraising.
Charities resources are precious, by using FundraizingHero instead of requesting a physical fundraising pack you are freeing your chosen charity up from having to sort and send your fundraising pack by post, the time saved can be used to do the things that make a difference to their charity.
