At FundraizingHero Ltd, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that any personal data we collect is held securely and used appropriately. This Data Retention Policy outlines how we will manage your personal data after your subscription with us has ended.

Data Held:

When you subscribe to FundraizingHero, we collect personal data about you in order to provide you with our services. This data may include your name, address, email address, phone number and charity details.

As part of your subscription your supporters can enter data, about their activity and may include their name, telephone and email, we only use this data to persoanlise their materials and send them their pack ID and display this to you in the charity admin. You can delete an activity at any time and it will be removed from our databases immediately.

Retention Period:

We will retain the data held for a period of 60 days after your FundraizingHero subscription has ended. After this time, all data held by FundraizingHero will be securely deleted.

Data Deletion:

At the end of the retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted from our systems. This includes any backups or archives that we may hold. Once deleted, your data will be irretrievable.
